When a reputed brand has multiple stores across the country, the experience it offers to customers must be consistent in all stores. Jewellery retail chain Tanishq thus partnered with us for a medium through which it could train all its employees in stores pan-India.
The detailed employees’ manual book and the film we made were together called the ‘Tanishq Way of Life’ - outlining and standardizing roles, codes, mannerisms and in-store situation handling techniques for employees, as well as the experience each customer would have before, during and after buying a product from the brand.
