The company developed a software application to enable smooth day-to-day operations, as it has so many employees, representatives, institutions and customers spread across nations.
But this app is packed with a lot of functions and features that have to be understood by everyone involved. The animated instructional videos we created are a step by step guide for the users of the app, with directions on scheduling visits, customer calls, meetings, creating and submitting TOTs and much more. Users are now able to better understand and use the app smoothly and conveniently, to be efficient to their fullest.
